Automated production of rules and diary based collection letters, results in the despatch of collection letters to your preferred timescales and intervals. Actius not only generates the content of the letters but also the actual letterhead, bar-coded account information, print and postal production. This means you do not need a print, post or mailing facility as Actius covers all of these disciplines.Any bulk letter production operation will always suffer an element of undeliverable mail. This may be due to goneaways or incorrect address information. Typically, most collection operations will manually open returned mail and manually update their system to reflect the return mail event. Actius barcodes account recognition information and returned mail is automatically scanned by Actius and updated in real-time with mailing suppression rules and worklist acknowledgement.
